What would I do, If I were a Junior Developer?

I started my software developer career 18 years ago when I was 25. After 2 years of freelancing, I started to work for a small company. BTW I was using vb.net at the time. The company had only 2 developers and a manager who codes. So, I have to learn a lot of things. From coding to publishing, debugging on the client-server on production!!
